Description
I wanted to create a moment where you feel sad for someone you shouldn't.Not sure if I succeeded, but I tried.A thief who relaxes after having been through an ordeal that should've been a "walk in the park", only to find one measly coin for his efforts.Beaten, sad and above all, less than adequate at his job. This idea went through many iterations before I finally settled on this picture.I'd like to do more with these old time thiefs in the future.

it's not a big deal, but I did notice the shadow of the red jar doesn't match the shadows of everything else...

I think the wall and the cracks could be painted a bit more effective.
Agree with dean about the shadow of the bottle
Overall it's excellent + 9

Others have already mentioned some little issues, but the only thing I really notice is the black (or near-black, as it may be) shadows, particularly on his clothing and the rug under his feet. I feel that it makes the shadows a little too murky, and they should be lightened a bit. Then again, I'm also known as someone who 'never pushes her darks'.
You know I love your art Jeff- they always tell stories, and they're always unique. Although the correct story doesn't stand out as clearly as in "Sensitive", it's definitely a worthy addition to your gallery. ^_^ Keep it up Jeff, let me know when you post your next pic
