Description
My major gripe with this is it's lack of originality.Just a fantasy type guy with a sword in hand and a dragon thing by his side.I never normally work with these cooler types of colors,so it was a little bit of a challenge.I do however like the details I put into it.So that sorta offsets the gripes. This is just one of the variations of styles I've been dinking around with.Composition, placement of something to show significance or meaning, telling some sort of story....all these things were left on the back burner with this one.^_^

The dragon looks superb, and the details are great (love the fur cloak). The folds in his red sash-thingy (what are those things called anyway??) look very convincing. I don't think there's any anatomy problems, though perhaps his arms might be a bit chunky for his body and face? But with most of him covered, it's really hard to tell.
I think the sword looks a little unfinished- it's lacking real shine (or rust that would suggest it should be otherwise), but the design is good. Other than that, it's just small things- some places it's a little difficult to separate the dude from the dragon, where the fur cloak is and his visible leg? But this is me being insanely picky.
I think you've done a really good job with the sky and the background to the right. Well done. As far as I can tell, I think you've pulled off the colour scheme quite nicely.
I think this would have to be the most original 'unoriginal' pics I've seen. Lol
Keep it up Jeff! Can't wait for your next piece! ^_^

Maybe the "materiality" (if that word really exist) is not 10/10 for me.
